About us

Our Story, Your Trust

Our bank was established in 1999 under the auspices of the respected leader Shri Sharadchandraji Pawar Saheb. On August 24, 2016, the inauguration of our bank's new building was also performed by the people's leader and cooperative giant, Honourable Shri Sharadchandraji Pawar Saheb. This was a momentous occasion for the bank's members, depositors, well-wishers, and account holders. On that occasion, after observing the rapid progress our bank had made in a short span, respected leader Sharadchandraji Pawar Saheb expressed his satisfaction. The bank's primary objective is to work toward financial goals, transform society's landscape, and enhance every individual's financial standing. As we march from development toward prosperity, I feel a deep sense of satisfaction that we have successfully carved a distinct identity as a bank that supports the common person at every stage of their life.

The bank operates across six districtsтАФPune, Ahilyanagar, Solapur, Satara, Raigad, and ThaneтАФand currently has 10 branches at Bhosari, Chakan, Chikhli, Koregaon, Bhima, Rajgurunagar, Akurdi, Shindewasuli, Dighi, and Manjari Budruk. The bank's own building at Bhosari is equipped with all modern customer service facilities. By implementing new financial policies and working methods, our bankтАФestablished 26 years ago in 1999тАФnow has 10 operational branches. As per the financial position as of March 2026, the bank's total deposits stand at тВ╣183.32 crore, and loan disbursement is at тВ╣119.38 crore. The share capital is тВ╣10.24 crore. The bank has invested a total of тВ╣83.90 crore in government securities and other banks. The bank undergoes regular audits, on the basis of which it has received an 'A' grade. The board of directors aims to increase the bank's deposits to тВ╣500 crore and expand the number of branches to 20 in the coming period, and I firmly believe that the trust of our members and depositors will be invaluable in achieving this goal.

In the face of competitive banking, customer service has gained special importance, and competition has grown significantly. The concept of need-based banking is gaining momentum. Keeping up with changing times, the bank must study what banking services customers require and formulate its deposit and loan policies accordingly. By consistently considering customer needs and shaping its policies and loan schemes, the bank's services have become customer-centric in a short span of time. I am confident that, on this very foundation, we will successfully scale all peaks of success in the future. Embracing modernity, the bank has adopted core banking technology for customer convenience. Additionally, we have launched ATM facilities, and soon the bank will strive to provide various digital services (e.g., NEFT/RTGS/IMPS and similar) to its customers. Appropriate cybersecurity measures are also being taken, and we have set up our own state-of-the-art data center.
